Why Alderon

Telehealth primary care should feel connected.

Alderon Medical is being built to make telehealth primary care easier to access without giving up continuity, communication, clinical context, or a relationship that continues beyond a single appointment.

Why continuity matters: The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality describes high-quality primary care as whole-person, accessible care built around comprehensiveness, coordination, and continuity. (opens in a new tab).

01

Continuity over transactions

The model is designed to treat care as an ongoing story—not a series of disconnected encounters—so plans, follow-up, and changing health needs can stay connected.

02

Care designed around real life

Telehealth-first primary care is intended to make care easier to fit into work, family, travel, and the rest of life while preserving a meaningful clinical relationship.

03

Clear coordination

When care requires labs, imaging, specialty evaluation, or another local service, Alderon’s model is designed around providing a clear next step rather than leaving patients to navigate the system alone.

How It Works

A simpler path into ongoing care.

At launch, Alderon will combine convenient virtual access with the structure and follow-through of ongoing telehealth primary care.

01

Join the interest list

During pre-launch, start by joining Alderon’s nonclinical interest list. When enrollment opens, eligible patients will be guided into secure clinical onboarding through Alderon’s designated patient-care system.

02

Meet virtually

Once enrollment is open and onboarding is complete, connect through a secure virtual visit for a focused conversation about your health, concerns, priorities, and next steps.

03

Stay connected

After care is established, follow-up, preventive needs, chronic condition care, new concerns, and care coordination can remain part of the same ongoing relationship.

What You Can Expect

Thoughtful care without unnecessary friction.

The Alderon telehealth primary care experience is being designed to make care easier to access, easier to understand, and easier to continue.

01

A focused conversation

Visits center on understanding what is happening and what matters to you—not simply moving to the next appointment.

02

Clear next steps

The goal is for patients to leave care understanding the plan, what to do next, and when follow-up is appropriate.

03

Continuity over time

Preventive needs, medications, chronic conditions, and new concerns are intended to remain connected within the ongoing care relationship.

04

Coordination when needed

When virtual care needs to connect with local services, Alderon’s model is designed to help establish the appropriate next step.

Membership & Insurance

Simple care. Clear expectations.

How you access and pay for care should be understandable before a visit begins. Alderon will publish confirmed launch pricing, membership, self-pay, and insurance information as those options are finalized.

Frequently Asked Questions

The practical questions, answered.

Is Alderon Medical an urgent care service?

No. Alderon is being developed as a telehealth primary care practice built around an ongoing clinical relationship. Once services are live, appropriate same-day and acute concerns may be addressed when clinically suitable, but the model is not based on isolated urgent-care encounters.

Is all Alderon care virtual?

Alderon is telehealth-first. Once services are live, many routine and ongoing health needs may be addressed virtually. When care requires an examination, laboratory work, imaging, specialty evaluation, or another local service, appropriate next steps can be coordinated.

Can Alderon help manage chronic conditions?

Alderon’s launch model is designed to support appropriate chronic conditions longitudinally, including monitoring, medication review, treatment planning, preventive needs, and follow-up. The appropriate care setting will depend on each patient’s clinical needs.

What if I need labs, imaging, or in-person care?

Telehealth does not mean every part of healthcare happens on a screen. Once care is established, a care plan may include local laboratory testing, imaging, specialist care, or in-person evaluation when clinically appropriate.

How do membership and insurance work?

Payment and access pathways are still being finalized for launch and may vary by location, service, and insurance plan. Confirmed options will be published on the Membership page before they are represented as available.

What should I do in a medical emergency?

Alderon Medical is not an emergency service. For a medical emergency, call 911 or seek care at the nearest emergency department.
