Contact Alderon Medical

Start with the right conversation.

Contact Alderon Medical for general questions about the practice, planned patient access, membership and insurance, billing, privacy, or other administrative matters. Professional and organizational inquiries use Alderon’s dedicated Professional Interest pathway.

Alderon is currently in pre-launch. Once patient care begins, medical questions will belong in the designated patient-care system rather than the public website. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate emergency assistance.

Emergency Guidance

General Inquiries

Questions about Alderon that do not require clinical care.

Contact Alderon Medical through the general website channel for administrative or practice-related questions. Do not use a general message to request diagnosis, treatment, medication changes, or evaluation of symptoms.

If you are interested in establishing care, the New Patients page is the preferred starting point.

Send Alderon a general inquiry.

This channel is for nonclinical questions only.

Pre-Launch Contact Choose the appropriate communication path.

New-patient questions should begin with the Interest List. Professional, employer, facility, and referral inquiries should use the Professional Interest pathway. A general administrative contact form will be activated when Alderon’s production communication workflow is ready.

Please do not include medical information. General website communication should not contain symptoms, diagnoses, medication requests, medical records, photographs, test results, insurance identifiers, or other sensitive healthcare information.

Professional Interest

Existing Patients

Medical communication belongs in the patient-care system.

Once Alderon is live and you establish care, use the clinical communication method provided by the practice for medical questions, follow-up, records, treatment-related communication, and other information connected to your care.

Keeping treatment-related communication separate from the public website helps place patient information in systems designed to support medical care.

Use the patient-care channel for:

  • Questions about symptoms or changes in your health
  • Medication and prescription questions
  • Laboratory or imaging results
  • Clinical follow-up
  • Medical records or healthcare documents
  • Other treatment-related communication

Alderon Medical

A telehealth-first primary-care practice.

Alderon Medical operates as a telehealth-first practice with its corporate office in Colorado. Patient care is delivered according to the patient’s physical location at the time of care, applicable clinician licensure, clinical appropriateness, and jurisdictional requirements.

The corporate office is not represented as a walk-in clinic. Patients should not travel to a corporate address for medical care unless specifically instructed by Alderon.

Medical Emergencies

Do not use this website to seek emergency medical care.

Website forms and routine administrative communication are not emergency-response systems and should never be used when immediate evaluation may be necessary.

Seek immediate emergency assistance when appropriate.

Severe chest pain, major difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, serious injury, severe allergic reaction, or other symptoms that may represent an immediate threat to life or health require an appropriate emergency response rather than a website message or routine virtual primary-care request.

Before You Send a Message

Keep general communication general.

A short administrative message is usually enough for Alderon to understand where your inquiry should go. If more information is needed, the appropriate communication pathway can be provided.

Please remember:

  • Do not submit protected health information through a general website form
  • A website message does not establish a clinician-patient relationship
  • General messages are not requests for medical evaluation
  • General messages are not monitored as an emergency service
  • Established patients should use Alderon’s designated clinical communication system
